I am a clinical psychologist and somatic psychotherapist, dedicated to supporting people who wish to better understand themselves, navigate difficult times, and strengthen their relationship with themselves and their own bodies.

My practice is influenced by Somatic Experiencing®, an approach focused on regulating the nervous system and integrating body and mind. I believe in the importance of a safe and welcoming space where it is possible to develop internal resources and build new ways of dealing with life's experiences.

I am a licensed psychologist, specializing in Somatic Experiencing®, and I have experience in the field of Public Health and mental health prevention. I offer sessions in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Somatic therapy is based on the principle that the body holds memories, responses, and resources that we cannot always access through conversation alone.

In this process, it is not necessary to relive the pain intensely or overwhelmingly. We proceed gently, respecting each person's pace, allowing accumulated tensions to be gradually released and new forms of emotional regulation to emerge.

It is a path of reconnection with oneself, where the body ceases to be merely a place of suffering and begins to become a source of stability, presence, and transformation.

Yes. All support is provided in accordance with the ethical principles and confidentiality of psychological practice.

I've never been to therapy. Is it normal to have doubts?
Yes, absolutely. Taking the first step can create insecurity, and that's part of the process.
